Founder of Asian Centre of Aesthetics and Surgery (ACAS) in 2019 (Training academy for all stakeholders who practice aesthetics procedure to openly share their clinical experience, knowledge, and skill with the aim of advancing practice standards in the field of aesthetics medicine. The team consists of medical and surgical specialists in the field of plastic surgery, dermatology, ENT facial plastics and oculoplastic surgery. Dr Ngiam has personally trained a hundred doctors in various
aesthetic procedure and continue to do so moving forward.
DermaRev has worked with Dr Ngiam to conduct Rejuran training regularly. For the last 3 years from 2019 till date he has conducted at least 10 trainings and conducted Rejuran lecture at least 6 times in DermaRev’s organised seminars and workshops and trained the doctors in Malaysia.
He also came out with innovative ideas on the usage of Rejuran. For example, Selective Dermal Remodelling Technique (SDRT) which focuses on specific injection points to create a natural lifting and volumizing effect.
He is passionate about medical education and research, and worked together with manufacturers on clinical studies, for example ongoing clinical study with Menarini (Definesse) and Sinclair College (Perfectha).
